PRODUCT RETURNS
Weston Signs Inc. designs and manufactures all products according to the information supplied by the customer. There will be no refunds or returns for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer.
Please take special care to order carefully and completely, and verify the order given in the order confirmation screen at time of order placement.
Weston Signs Inc. will replace or exchange only those products which are deemed to be missing or defective by a company representative. Weston Signs Inc. assures that all products are checked for flaws before shipment. Customer must check package contents upon arrival and Weston Signs Inc. of any problems within 1 week.
After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card or credit your account for the purchase price of the order, less the original shipping fee. If a refund is requested on an order that qualified for free shipping, the shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
PRODUCT EXCHANGES
All products produced by Weston Signs Inc. are done so on an individual basis according to the information supplied by the customer. Weston Signs Inc. is not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer. There are no exchanges available, including those due to customer selecting improper size or color. Be sure of the color before you order.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Weston Signs Inc. is in no way responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues. Weston Signs Inc. will make every effort to rectify the situation where feasible.
SHIPPING ERRORS & LOST PACKAGES
Lost or damaged claims can only be filed after 30 days from package shipment. Weston Signs is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION
When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, Weston Signs Inc. will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment.
